It's hard Not to Touch Your Face..

We all know the slogan, that one with a flying star and rainbow tail, (if by chance you you don't, Google!)

The More More You Know.

This post is a little information for you. Because I needed to research more than just reading all the "AHHHHH PANIC PANIC PANIC" news. So here are some how to and what not to do.

DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE.

We've been told touching our faces introduces germs and bacteria long before this virus pandemic. Heck, my doctor has scolded me advising me this was why I had troubles with my acne. *insert eyeroll* but she was probably right. *bigger eyeroll* haha What else is most likely true is that "probably more people get respiratory viruses by touching something that has virus on it and then rubbing their face,” said Dr. Sullivan, who is chief of Allergy and Immunology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and also a member of the IDF Physician Advisory Committee, which serves people who have primary immunodeficiencies and are more vulnerable to infections.

So that's why they're telling us to not touch our faces. Like the lady who announced that and licked her finger. It's a bad habit for alot of us.

Avid Face Toucher?

Here’s how to get started to get stopped: 1. Notice how often you touch your face. Test this by wearing a large pair of sunglasses for a bit. How often does your hand bump into the frame?

(Mine did alot. Like alot alot.)

2. Interrupt the cycle of touching something – a person, a doorknob, a hand railing – and then touching your face. Mind over Matter. (Hair tickling my eyes, itchy nose, UGH IT'S HARD not to touch your face)

3. Grab a clean tissue and use it when you feel the need to scratch your nose or rub your eyelid. Toss it away.

(Oh so maybe that's why ppl are obsessing over toilet paper? Lol oh my)

Just one more step to help control spreading. Which is something we have to do. We just need to help anyway we can. There is no vaccine. There is no cure. But there is a need to protect our people. Our families and the vulnerable. Do your part.
